Hello! As many of you may know, I work for a Community Health Center, and we, like other community health centers throughout the US, will be adversely affected by the sequestration (you can read more about that here, here, and here) Suffice it say, cuts will affect traditionally underserved populations - my own health center serves immigrants, refugees, and the urban poor (and a growing LGBT population among those groups), many of whom do not have access to healthcare otherwise.

If you are in the US, please take a moment to contact your congressperson and senators regarding this issue and ask them to support the funding for community health centers. You can do that here (it's super easy!):
