Rocktober Day 28
So, Frankenstorm is on its way. I've got batteries, water, bread and peanut butter. I don't want a repeat of last year's week-long power loss, but I'm ready if it comes. My work is closed tomorrow, so I'll be home watching things blow around. And listening to these songs! :D
It's an 80s theme today!
Jukebox (Don't Put Another Dime), by The Flirts
Little things remind me of you / Cheap cologne and that damn song too
I Want That Man, by Debbie Harry
Here comes the twenty first century / It's gonna be much better for a girl like me
Joey, by Concrete Blonde
And if you're somewhere drunk and passed out on the floor / Oh Joey, I'm not angry anymore
They Don't Know, by Tracey Ullman
So I don't mind if they don't understand / when I look at you and you hold my hand
Once I was made to sing this song in a church variety show. It was not my finest moment. :D
