Hello, Yuletide Writer!
First things first: whatever you write for me, in any of these fandoms, I will be utterly delighted. These are faves and I love them and I will love whatever I get to read. And thanks so much for writing a story in one of these fandoms. I will just be so glad to have any story for any of the requests.

One of my favorite book series from childhood! I love Blossom and Alexander and their prickly friendship, with their bond of seeing ghosts. I also love how divided they are by class and money -- this is problem for Alexander, mostly. Blossom goes where she wants, when she wants, and befriends who she wants. For this story, I'd just love another supernatural adventure for the two of them. My favorite books of the series are the first two, The Ghost Belonged to Me and Ghosts I Have Been. I loved the mix of humor from the wild antics and characters in both these books, and the sadness from the situations: you don't see ghosts/the future without heartbreak over situations that you can't change. If you could give me a story like that, I'd love it. Maybe something in the future, when Blossom and Alexander are a little older? We know WWI is coming up, and ghosts will be everywhere. Or maybe something where we see what they're up to? Alexander is in college and Blossom is there too, somehow, and there's a haunting they have to figure out. Please feel free to use any other characters you'd like.
Austin & Murry-O'Keefe Families - Madeleine L'Engle

I'd really love to know what happened with Vicky and Adam after Troubling a Star.
Another of my favorite series from childhood! Vicky's been my fave since her first appearance in Meet the Austins, and I loved Adam from The Arm of the Starfish. I loved seeing these two connect and become friends, and seeing their relationship start to grow. I'd love a story with them set in the future. Do they stay together or do they drift apart and eventually find their way back together? There can be an adventure too! Or just a look at Vicky and Adam. Feel free to use other of L'Engle's characters in this 'verse, I would just like the focus to be on Vicky and Adam.

Give me another fantastic adventure for Eddy, Eleanor, and Georgie!
Listen, if there's a theme for me this Yuletide, it's book series I loved as a kid. This is no exception. I loved the weird, wonderful, transcendental world of the Hall family. The Astonishing Stereoscope was probably my favorite if I had to pick, but they're all so lovely to me. Please give me another one of their adventures, courtesy of Prince Krishna. It could be one left out of The Diamond in the Window or The Swing in the Summerhouse or another stereoscope adventure, or something completely new. Feel free to use any other characters from this 'verse in the story!
The Melendy Quartet - Elizabeth Enright

I always want more of the Melendys!
I'm not even going to say it, by now you know I'm running through my childhood faves. The Melendys are top tier, books I wore out by reading so much. I wanted to be adopted by this family and live with them in NYC or in the Four Story Mistake. I'd love whatever you come up with here. Some ideas: Randy and Mona and Rush and Mark all living in New York and pursuing careers; Randy as a ballerina or artist; The Melendys: the next generation -- maybe a future reunion with their own families? Who still lives in the Four Story Mistake? Feel free to us Oliver or any of the other characters from the books.
DNW: I don't ship Rush/Mark (or any of the siblings), so please don't write that relationship.
Pellinor - Alison Croggon
Hem | Cai of Turbansk, Saliman of Turbansk, Maerad of Pellinor, Cadvan of Lirigon
I would really like a story set during The Crow, where Hem and Saliman are in the underground city.
Here we veer off theme, because this is not one of my childhood faves, even though I love it all the same. For this request, I want something a little more specific. I'd love a story set during Hem and Saliman's time in the underground city during The Crow. I was fascinated by this city and would love to learn more about it. If you choose to write this, feel free to use Zelika as well, since she was with them. If that's not your thing, I'd love a story about Maerad and Cadvan! I loved their time in Thorold and Busk, so if you want to expand on that, or write about them returning after the events of the books, that would be terrific. Or feel free to use all of the characters in a story you want to tell!
Specific: with this fandom, I'm good with romance/NC-17 with Maerad and Cadvan.

General stuff:
- POV: I like first person POV and third person POV. I know some people worry about writing in first person, but I'm fine with it!
- AUs: I love them! So if that's something you have in mind, feel free to go there! The only exceptions to this are A/B/O ‘verse, and high school AUs.
- Crossovers/fusions: I love crossovers, if they fit with the fandom, time-framewise, tone-wise, etc. But no pressure if crossovers aren't your thing!
Likes:
- In general, some things I love: great dialogue/witty banter, humor, hurt/comfort, stories that are bittersweet but still have happy, or at least hopeful, endings. I love when stories make me laugh AND cry. I love canon explorations and world-building - what was going on here during this moment, and what was happening elsewhere, and backstory on people and things we only know a little about.
- atmosphere/setting/details! I love when I feel like I'm in the world of the fic, so anything like this is wonderful.
- character studies and relationship (not just romance - friendship, family, etc) stories - I always want to know more about these characters I love, why they did this or that, how they react in new situations, that kind of things. Caveat: I don't really love vignettes or navel-gazing pieces, where one character mulls for the entire story on his/her life decisions. I want interaction with other characters and dialogue.
- If character pieces aren't your thing, I am extremely happy with adventures of all sorts, or plotty gen stories, or mysteries. Like I said, I love all these characters, and want to see them in action. :D
- I am very happy with genfic, but I'm fine with romance; however, since these fandoms all feature young main characters, I'd prefer nothing explicit.
Do Not Wants:
- non con/dubcon/rape, gore/graphic violence
- extremly grimdark stories with unhappy endings - they don't have to be perfect, but I like them hopeful.
- character bashing, or character torture
- mpreg
- misogyny, racism
- genderswap/always-a-different-gender in these fandoms
